Nikolay Vorontsov

b. 1959, USSR



Nikolay Vorontsov lives and works as an illustrator and cartoonist in St.Petersburg, Russia. In 1980's he graduated State University and started to draw pictures. Nikolay drew for kids newspaper Leninskie Iskry. Since 1991 he was editorial cartoonist in Chas-Pik newspaper. Since then, Nikolay has contributed artworks to popular publications and websites worldwide, awarded number of prizes in cartoonist contests, illustrated lots of books and worked with clients ranging from snack makers to auto parts companies. Nowadays he works as a editorial cartoonist for daily newspaper Komsomol'skaya Pravda and freelance artist for children books.
